Fairview’s next Early Release Monday is scheduled for Monday, December 9th, 2024. To help plan for each student’s dismissal, please complete the form below to indicate your child’s dismissal plan and method. The form must be completed for EVERY student, regardless of plans to dismiss at 12:55 or 3:55. Safety and supervision are of utmost importance and an accurate dismissal plan for each student ensures that they are dismissed at the correct time and location.
